I read the wiki for petitions for help, but whenever I type /pe open "message" it gives me "/pe (use without parameters for detailed help)" I've been approved, but still a guest. Thanks

I've been approved, but I'm still a guest. I've read the wiki for petitions, but every time I type in /pe open it tells me "pe (use without parameters for detailed help)"
